Honestly, if I could give Planio ten stars, I totally would. I can't say enough good things about this service—it's not just the app itself, but also the amazing support crew that backs it up. They really go above and beyond for their users.

For the past week, I had a tough time trying to gather some details before settling on the right plan. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear back from anyone. But today, big shoutout to Ema Raven for the speedy response and for getting the payment sorted right away. As we progress with the project, we’ll adjust the plan as needed.

This is a fantastic setup of Redmine with some great added features. I’d suggest it to anyone looking for a central hub for managing projects and keeping in touch with a distributed team (that’s how we roll with it). The all-in-one package, which includes a wiki, issue tracking, repository, blog, schedule, and more, is just awesome.

We checked out a bunch of different tools to handle our software development tasks. Out of all the options, Planio really caught our eye for several reasons. It turned out to be one of the most budget-friendly solutions for our small crew and offered a lot of automated features. After just three days of the trial, my developers were totally on board, and by the time the 30-day trial wrapped up, we had put in so much effort and added a ton of info to Planio that there was no turning back! I do wish there were a few more projects included in the subscription, since even with our small team, we wanted to set up a project for each of our clients' sub-sites. But that would have cost a pretty penny, so we ended up going with more general projects for the main site.

Great job! I'm a big fan of Redmine, using it for both my personal projects and my business. Planio takes care of all the platform upkeep, which means I can concentrate on what really matters. The service runs smoothly without any interruptions or delays. These folks really know their stuff, and the support team is top-notch.
